About Me

I am currently working towards my Master of Science in Medical Art at the University of Dundee in Scotland! Prior to attending the University of Dundee, I completed my undergraduate studies at Concordia University Wisconsin and created two individualized majors; Biomedical Studies, and Art and Illustration in Life Sciences to graduate with a Bachelor of Arts.

Along with learning and creating, I enjoy coaching and playing volleyball whenever possible after 'retiring' from college sports. Along with staying active, I enjoy watching professional sports. In the winter, I'm most likely unwinding with a good movie but in the summer, I'm probably reading outside, fishing, or finding any way to soak up the sun!

Education

2018-2022

Concordia University of Wisconsin

Bachelor of Arts

Biomedical Studies,

Art and Illustration in Life Sciences

Concordia University Wisconsin graduated me with two individualized majors. I have had the opportunity to gain cadaveric lab and life art experience. My major in Biomedical Studies allowed me to work closely with pre-medical students in order to achieve a high level of anatomy and overall medical knowledge.  Attending CUW aided me in skills such as Blender, Maya, and fine-tuning traditional mediums.

2023-2024

University of Dundee

Masters of Science

Medical Art

At University of Dundee, my education is fruitful and has brought many enriching experiences that have taught me how to perform well in the Medical Art field. My coursework allowed me to engage in hands-on learning such as cadaveric dissection. In attending University of Dundee, I have gained 3D and 2D skills using Adobe Creative Suite,  ZBrush, Agisoft Metashape, and Keyshot.  My experience and skills using Adobe, and art in both traditional and digital mediums has grown which has prepared me to transition seamlessly into a medical art career.
